Refund policy

Refund and Return Policy:

At Voxdar.com, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If you wish to return an item, we offer a return and refund process, subject to the following terms:

Eligibility for Returns: Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery. The item must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. Certain items such as perishable goods, personalized items, and gift cards are not eligible for return.

Initiating a Return: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@voxdar.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number and clear photo/video evidence of the item you wish to return. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with return instructions. Please note that customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We do not provide return shipping labels.

Refund Process: Refunds for returned items will be issued for the original product cost only. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after the item is received and inspected at our warehouse.

Order Cancellation: Once an order has been processed by our warehouse (usually within 24 hours), it cannot be canceled.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items: If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or incomplete item, please contact us at info@voxdar.com within 7 days of delivery. You must include your order number and clear photo or video evidence of the issue so we can arrange for a replacement or refund.

Lost Packages & Delivery Issues: If tracking information shows the package as "delivered" but you have not received it, we require an official non-delivery certification from the local post office to proceed with a claim. We cannot offer a refund for packages that are lost or returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer or failure to pick up the package from the post office.
